The rod has the right medium fast action and the fly line is well adapted to the rod. The fly line has a suitably long belly/lump which makes it easy to tension the rod without too much line outside the rod top. The set is supplied with a solid and proven reel which means that the set can be used in tough fishing situations over time. Fly pack included with 10 flies and box.
Flueline, backing and leader are mounted on the reel.
